Santa Jim Thibodeau and his staff want to make sure that Santa’s visit to your event is above extraordinary, magical and a wonderful celebration. It is our commitment to bring joy, hope and the true Spirit of Christmas to your very special occasion. “We want time to stop, rest relaxation to abound, and the celebration and fun to begin”. Having a real bearded Santa at your event adds to the magic of the occasion. Below are a few tips that will help you insure your time with Santa will create lasting memories in the minds off all who attend.

• From this point on I am Santa Claus, this will add to the festivities and not confuse children if they are part of the event.
• You want to make sure Santa has as much detail as possible about your event. What do you plan to do at your event? What are your expectations of Santa while he is there? If children are involved, supply the names or name tags and maybe something about them. Are pictures going to be taken? Make sure Santa has a chair that is big and festive.
• Provide a cell phone number of someone attending the event who will be available at all times
• Have a reserved place for Santa to park that is very close to the entrance of your event and out of sight of the children if possible.
• Have someone outside waiting to meet Santa to lead him into the event.   If you have gifts for the children, this is the time to load them into Santa’s toy bag.
• Santa wants to make a “Grand Entrance” maybe have everyone singing as Santa enters the room. Santa entering the room from the back in most cases works the best. Having this decided before hand saves time and confusion.
• Place Santa’s chair in such a way to create a great holiday background for photos, leave plenty room behind the chair for group photographs.
• If payment needs to be made, please make sure that you place any required payment into a Christmas card so the children do not see you handing Santa cash or a check.
• Santa’s will exit your event the same way he entered. He will maybe sing a song and tell the children to make sure that they watch for Santa on Christmas. He will encourage the group to sing along as he leaves.
